Bienvenidos a nuestro mundo, somos Moisés y Adriana, dos almas apasionadas por la comida, los viajes y el arte de vivir en armonía y belleza. Nuestra historia se teje con los hilos de una conexión personal y emocional que nos llevó a descubrir el increíble equipo que podíamos formar al unir la destreza culinaria de Moi con la dedicación de Adriana para mejorar los hábitos alimenticios y la relación de las personas con la comida.

 

Nos impulsa la misión de motivar e inspirar a las personas a cuidarse y disfrutar de la vida, guiándolas a través de recursos y herramientas que les brinden apoyo en su camino hacia el bienestar. En nuestra jornada profesional, nos sumergimos en una variedad de actividades, desde consultas online de nutrición hasta clases de cocina, shoowcooking y talleres que exploran diversas temáticas relacionadas con la cocina y la alimentación saludable y consciente hasta colaboraciones con empresas de diversa índole para promover hábitos de vida saludables.

 

Nos asociamos con centros escolares para crear menús nutritivos y trabajamos con locales de hostelería comprometidos en ofrecer opciones más saludables. Además, creamos contenido diverso que abarca desde prensa y televisión hasta blogs, compartiendo nuestra pasión y conocimientos con el mundo.

 

El nacimiento de nuestras dos personitas favoritas ha sido la fuerza impulsora que necesitábamos para perseguir nuestros sueños y construir el estilo de vida deseado. Aquí estamos, compartiendo contigo parte de este apasionante proceso.
